Sign in via the Zoom Workspace desktop app

1. Download and install the Zoom Workspace for Windows desktop client from zoom.us/download. Select the Download (64-bit) option.

2. Launch the Zoom Workspace app. On the login screen, click SSO (Single Sign On).

   

3. On the Sign in with SSO screen, type sahahomes in the company domain field, then click Continue.

   

4. Your default browser will open the Duo Security authentication page. Enter your full SAHA email address and click Next.

1. Then enter your email password. Click Log in.

1. If you are prompted with the multifactor authentication screen, enter the code you see on the screen in your Duo Mobile app.

1. Select Open Zoom Meetings to launch Zoom.

   You will now be redirected to the Zoom Workspace desktop app.

   

2. Your account is now signed in with Duo Security single sign-on (SSO).

   • If you close the Zoom window, you will automatically connected when you launch Zoom again.
   • If you sign out of Zoom, you will have to start the sign in process again when you launch Zoom.

Launch the Zoom Workspace app when Windows starts

1. Click the Settings button on the top right corner of the screen.
2. Under the General tab, select “Start Zoom Workplace when I start Windows.” If you would like to start it in the background, then also check “Silently start Zoom Workplace app when I start Windows.”

Sign in via the Zoom mobile app

1. Download and install the iOS device or Android Zoom mobile apps:

2. Launch the Zoom mobile app.
